Brief Bio:

Dr. Gemima St. Louis is Vice President for Workforce Initiatives & Specialty Training and Associate Professor in the Clinical Psychology Department at William James College. Dr. St. Louis is the Director of the Specialized Training & Academic Retention (STAR) Fellowship—a behavioral health workforce and scholarship program funded by the Health Resources & Services Administration. She is also the Co-Director of the Child & Adolescent Mental Health Initiative (CAMHI), a workforce development program funded by Boston Children’s Collaborative for Community Health, whose primary objective is to expand and diversify the child and adolescent behavioral health pipeline by offering scholarships, academic training, and field education experiences to graduate students who are underrepresented in the behavioral health field.
