I promote a multicultural approach to wellness, as well as the use of assessments, interventions and treatment plans. My clinical interests involve treating adults and adolescents who suffer from affective disorders, such as depression and anxiety. My approach is mostly integrated with an emphasis on cognitive-behavioral techniques.
I’m an affiliate member of the American Psychological Association and the Society of Clinical Psychology. I received my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, Yeshiva University, and my Master’s in General Psychology from the City College of New York (CUNY).
